Dude went to bed Sunday night with a puffy eye... hidden by his awesome glasses.

And woke up Monday morning with a new look.

 

Quite startled, Mommy anxiously called and scheduled a doctor's appointment for little dude.  Meanwhile, little dude carried on with business as usual, preforming his typical morning comedy routine and laughing at all his own jokes.

 

Turns out... we have no idea what caused it.  Allergies, infection, bug bites... all of it was ruled out.  Our doctor's best guess is that his eye was scratched or bumped the day before.

Afterwards, G met Ella for a pizza date at her house and then we stayed home to keep from scaring all the peeps out there.

 

And, it went away within 2 days. Crazy...

Seemingly harmless, but I'd prefer to have it not happen again.
