Squash and Zucchini Pasta



This recipe is based off a restaurant dish I liked and decided to mimic at home.

Ingredients
angel hair pasta
2 squash, sliced and quartered
2 zucchini, sliced and halved
1 small onion, diced
1 package of fresh or frozen spinach
1 can of diced tomatoes in italian seasoning
1 jar of marinara
salt and pepper

Directions
Boil angel hair pasta.

Saute squash, zucchini, and onions. Stir in frozen or fresh spinach. Saute all together. Add a can of diced tomatoes. Add a can of marinara.

Drain pasta. Stir in sauce. Serve!

Simple, easy and yummy!
