Our realtor also has a general contracting home improvement business. He referred us to the place where we found our floor tiles as well as to a stone fabricator. I am new to the home remodeling/vendor scouting business so his contacts have been invaluable! After visiting the fabricator's showroom they referred us to a handful of slab yards to peruse to find the exact counter tops we would want.
David and I got lucky and found great options at the first slab yard.
We are planning white cabinets and a white tile backsplash to go with the neutral-colored floor tiles in the kitchen. This stone complements it all perfectly and will be our new counter top! I am thrilled to make progress quickly and efficiently!
