David and I are the proud owners of our first house!
Its a sweet house with lots of charm. My top desires were to find a one-story home with established trees, a large dining room, great storage, and a good price. David wanted a large backyard and a garage. This house delivered for us both!!!
I've been perusing neighborhoods and online postings for over a year and then we spent the better part of Winter and Spring actively looking at homes. We were told about this property by a friend of David's before it went on the market so we were quick to move! It ended up being in the neighborhood of our realtor too! We have until the end of June to work on some projects in the house before we move in. And then, we have a month before Peanut arrives!
David is great with construction and is spearheading the manual labor side of this project. I have the fun of choosing flooring, counter tops, fixtures, paint colors, and fabric for drapes.
