BACON ONION PINWHEELS
This recipe is adapted from a Kraft Food’s recipe.
Ingredients
1-8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup onion, minced
2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 Tablespoon milk
2-8 ounce cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, except crescent rolls; set aside. For each can, unroll the dough and separate into 4 rectangles; firmly press all perforations together to seal. Spread cream cheese mixture onto dough. Cut each of the rectangles lengthwise into 4 pieces. Roll up each section and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm.
Yields 32 pinwheels.
