Farm Day (Iowa part 4)

While visiting the Gents in Iowa we traveled out to a couple of the farms. 

Originally I thought we'd be on the farm the whole time but with Grandma's surgery we wanted to stay closer to her in town so we stayed in the city most of the time.

But, one of the mornings we drove out to my Uncle James and Aunt Mary's farm.  It was a day with beautiful weather and their farm is such a peaceful place.  What amazing hosts they and their children are!  They treated us to horse rides and just about any tractor you could dream up!

Gavin was quite uncertain about the horse.

But a huge fan of the Ranger.

Actually, kinda literally.  They have the cutest little piggies!

He even got to play with some.

It was such a nice break from the city.

What a day!
