He is a delight. Calm, easy going, but full of crazy loads of energy too.
He loves making noise.
His favorte things are:
book: ABCs, I love you through and through, and Go Dog Go
video: Hide 'em in your heart
drink: MILK!
toy: his kitchen or water-table and phones "hello", blocks "box", and his little tykes firehouse
person: any baby "babee"
food: pretzels, tortilla chips, broccoli and peaches
clothing: shoes "hues"
friend: Ella
He can pinch his cheeks with the best of them!
If he is not playing in his kitchen,
he is off in a nook of the house curled up with a book.
For his birthday this year we celebrated with family,while out of town, and then returned to town the day after his birthday.
Since we needed to go grocery shopping we made a serendipitous stop to get balloons!
He was THRILLED!
We also decided to get him a ball that he has requested all.summer.long.
A few days later, completely un-birthday related, we spent a morning swimming with buddies in our MOPS group. The timing turned out to be a great thing considering I messed up the dating for his birthday play date and double booked it for a day our MOPS group had other plans.
As a really cool part of that day, our littles rode on a carousel that was in the neighborhood.
It was a completely unexpected, awesome surprise!
Also, I've been racking my brain to figure out why he calls himself Double G. Maybe it has to do with him turning 2 and being a comic genius with his timing... ; )
