A few firsts...
His first kiss
* He gave a sweet little girl an unrequested kiss, really it was a series of kisses. He seemed quite proud of himself when I asked him about it later.
His first (and hopefully only) theft
* I took G to a garage sale with a friend of mine and there were tons of trinkets at it. We found a set of neat magnetic books/puzzles to buy. And somewhere along the line Mr. G found a tiny man and tiny fish that he decided to hide in his hands and bring home. Dude! I was quite surprised that I did not have a clue he had picked these things up... as you can see they are super tiny and perfectly sized for a pint sized thief's hands.
My first time to embarrass him
* I just can't help myself. He loves pulling my headbands off the counter and putting them on.
And he walks so confidently when he wears them... Silly dude!
Also, this month:
* He started walking backwards and likes to spin in circles.
* Covers his mouth when he coughs.
* He asks for "ma" (more) tickles.
* He asks for "ma" (more) tickles.
* Says hi hi hi hi or Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy to get my attention.
* Claps after I sing a song.
* Gives great hugs.
* His favorite activities are going outside or taking a bath. Usually I lure him back inside by offering a bath to come next on the list of activities :)
* When asked to give a kiss he will extend his index finger and touch someones cheek.
* When asked to give a smooch he will pucker up and give a kiss.
* Has started trying to climb into anything that seems feasible (coffee table, boxes, chairs...)
* His new words are: cookie, amen, b (baby), e (bird), ma (milk or more), all gun (all done or all gone).
* He calls his BSF teachers by name now : )
* He continues to be a rascal but is responding well to discipline.
* He is craaaaaazy about pretzels. He reaches for them in the pantry all.day.long.
* G likes to wear my hats.. they are a PERFECT fit... boy has a big noggin!
* His favorite toys are the little peoples zoo and plates and cups for kitchen pretend play. He's also started ordering/lining toys up.
* He loves looking out the front windows. It is pretty standard for me to pull the blinds up for little dude each morning.
* My friend found a sweet book, "My Daddy and Me" when we were at a garage sale. It has quickly become G's favorite bedtime read. It is soooooo super precious. This is my favorite page.
