Week 1
He is a calm little guy that sleeps most of the day and is a good eater. He prefers to sleep with his arms unswaddled, is a great cuddler, and has started smiling at us just before falling asleep.

3 days old and his first night home :)
This was taken late at night after I fed him. He looked so sweet so I snapped a picture! Being home felt like such a gift; it is incredible to get to raise another little boy!

Gran, Grandad, and Aunt Anna were in town this week but I failed to get pictures of them with the boys. : ( I'll be sure to add pictures when I get some from them!
Week 2
8 days old :: he loves throwing his arms in the air
Week 2
We ventured out of the house with my mom and dad to take G&C to a fire truck show at a local library. It was great fun for G -- but I definitely needed lots of help balancing the needs of the two boys. I am glad we ventured out (t was a tiny taste of what running errands will be like with 2 rascals) but I am going to delay solo trips with the boys as long as I can!
G enjoyed lots of Papa John time and fell in love with legos (and water guns!) this week.
C enjoyed sunggles with Grandma!8 days old :: he loves throwing his arms in the air
What is kinda crazy about C & G is how similar they look as newborns... I have looked back at pictures of G as a newborn this week and truly would not be able to tell the difference between him and C if the pictures were not labeled. It will be interesting to see if the boys continue to look alike and how C will grow and change : )
