Yummy! This is another recipe win from Annie's Eats blog. To me, they are less like brownies and more like a little decadent treat. Either way, they are super good and very pretty.
Kristin Martinelli's Slow Cooked Shredded Pork
Kristin made this for a recent party they hosted. It is DELICIOUS. With or without BBQ sauce it is wonderful.
Creamy Tomato Tortellini with Sausage
This recipe was in this month's issue of Taste of Home. I have tried variations of it before, including the crock pot version. I like this particular recipe the best. I think it's delicious, and a very easy meal to make.
Lemon Orzo Pasta
Makes a great side dish. Fast, easy and flavorful!
Just as a little bonus - not a new recipe, but one of our standby favorites:
Creamy Chicken Taquitos
Don't think frozen section of the grocery store. Think, super yummy and worth making. I promise!
While these taste nothing like the freezer section variety, they too can be assembled and frozen in bulk, and then baked (while still frozen) for a quick meal. I try to keep our freezer stocked with them for a weekend lunch or also a last minute dinner. They also make a great meal to bring families with a new baby since you can deliver a bunch for them to keep in the freezer and bake as needed during the first few weeks of transition!
