BROWNIE CAKES

First, bake a batch of Ghiradelli 's Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix. It's the best mix I have found and it has chocolate chips in the batter! Every time I serve it my friends want more!

Second, bake the brownies in a mini-bundt pan. I use this pan from Williams-Sonoma. This pan turns out reliably perfect brownies and they are so cute!

If you want...

...simple: serve the bundt brownie warm or cool.

...Craving-Inducing: serve the brownie warm with a dollop of homemade whipped cream (MY FAVORITE!)

...Party Perfect: to the whipped cream add some raspberries and a mint leaf.

... Total Pizzaz:to the party perfect, add a chocolate-syrup swirl, stamp or even chocolate garnish.
