He smiled at me in the hospital and has smiled (with a closed mouth) many times since. He has the sweetest, almost mischievous smiles. At a few days shy of 6 weeks little man smiled with an open mouth... it was absolutely adorable!!!! And I literally shouted with joy!
He has a gassy little belly and if he seems unhappy - he is one burp away from being calm again : )

He prefers to be held upright against my chest and will wrap his little arms around my neck. (It is so precious and makes me melt). He will also bury his face into my neck and I can feel his eye lashes fluttering... I don't remember these things happening with Gav, so I find them extra precious this time around. It has been really fun seeing similarities and differences in our two little loves. Both are wonderful, and surprisingly - already different. I love differences : )
He is gaining muscular strength in his neck and looks around, both directions, during tummy time.
His legs are already strong and he likes to put weight on them when I stand him up.
He gets many kisses and hugs from his awesome big brother. Gavin is totally rocking his big brother role :)))) For example, G will turn on music when I change C's diaper if C is whimpering. G also loves telling people that he has a baby brother : ) Gavin's love for Corbin is such a sweet thing to witness.
Corbin sleeps A LOT during the day... I remember asking the pediatrician, with G, why he did not sleep more... well, Corbin totally fulfills the sleep-all-day baby stereotype.
He spends most of his days in our arms or hanging out in his swing or rock-n-play.
At 5 weeks old, dude started sleeping for 6 hour stretches through the night... it isn't every night, but there have been a few lately. (Our doctor said once he reaches 10 lbs we can expect a 10pm-4am or 10pm-6am stretch of sleeping. -- Bring it on, Corbin!
