Gavin: Week 3

Notable Things About This Week:

*Gavin rolled over from his tummy to his back during tummy time. He caught me completely by surprise even though I've seen him roll onto his slide to sleep on occasion. I checked with his doctor and she says he is able to do this because of a high muscle mass to body fat ratio...

*He got his first special band-aid after his newborn screening prick test. For this prick test I held him while the nurse drew blood. Sweet little guy was very shocked and upset at first but then nestled in and fell asleep. It was quite precious!

*He graduated to a bigger bottle to hold the 4 oz. he takes at most feedings.

*He has his days and nights figured out pretty well and will wake, on average, every 2.5 hours.
